Insurance and Payment

I currently accept the following insurances: UnitedHealthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Aetna, UMR, Oscar, UHC Student Resources, AllSavers UHC, Harvard Pilgrim, Meritain, Nippon, United Healthcare Shared Services, Allied Benefit Systems - Aetna, Surest (Formerly Bind), Health Plans Inc., UnitedHealthcare Global, Optum Live & Work Well (EAP), Christian Brothers Services - Aetna, Trustmark Health Benefits - Aetna, Trustmark Small Business Benefits - Aetna, Health Scope - Aetna, Optum Emotional Wellbeing Solution (Premium EAP)

I accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, or cash as accepted payment methods.

I also accept HSA cards but do require another credit card to be on file.

Checks are not accepted at this time.

Payment is due at the time of service

Your out-of-pocket expense will depend on your insurance contract. I will contact your insurance company prior to the first session to verify benefits and copay/coinsurance rates. Please keep me updated on any changes from your insurance provider, as you will be responsible for payment of services not covered.

If I don't accept your insurance I am happy to provide you with a "superbill" that you can file with your insurance company to obtain out-of-network benefits. Your insurance company may provide full or partial reimbursement. Please verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurance carrier.
